Job summary

Gradiant is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex water and wastewater projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk. The role includes client relationship management, business development (proposals/presentations), and mentoring junior staff.

You will oversee site construction, ensure quality, coordinate resources, and maintain safety, regulatory compliance, and project documentation. A degree in engineering and PE preferred, with 5–8 years experience in water/wastewater consulting.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent required.
• P.E. licensure preferred.
• Experience in water/wastewater consulting.
• Proficient in project management software and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex water/wastewater projects from initiation to closeout.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk across project phases.
• Maintain client relationships, develop proposals/presentations, and mentor junior staff.
• Coordinate site construction activities, ensure quality and safety.
• Oversee project controls, documentation, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
