Job summary

RESPEC seeks a Water/Wastewater Project Manager in the Water market sector, with locations in Colorado Springs, Loveland, and Denver. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver engineering solutions addressing water and wastewater challenges for clients, focusing on sustainability and innovation.

Req: BSCE/Environmental Eng, PE license in CO (or within 6 months), 5+ years of project management, strong leadership and client-management skills. Travel between sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• PE license in Colorado or ability to obtain within six months.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing water/wastewater projects.
• Experience managing scopes, schedules and budgets; leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatment, collection and distribution systems, and pumping facilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and client management skills.

RESPEC, seeks a Water/Wastewater Project Manager in our Water market sector, located in Colorado Springs, Loveland, and Denver, Colorado.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Colorado or the ability to obtain within six (6) months
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing and delivering water and wastewater engineering projects
• Demonstrated experience managing project scopes, schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary project teams
• Strong knowledge of water treatment, wastewater treatment, collection systems, distribution systems, and pumping facilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication, client management, and leadership skills
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record; position requires operating a company or personal vehicle during work hours for business-related travel

Preferred:

• Experience developing and leading professional service proposals and project pursuits
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and generate repeat business
• Experience managing project financial performance and supporting backlog growth
• Proficiency with hydraulic modeling, CAD design, and project management software
• Active participation in professional organizations and industry conferences

Additional Information

Compensation: Salary depends on experience and expertise. The typical salary range for this position is $100,000 to $155,000 Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package.RESPEC is a 100 percent employee-owned company and employees are eligible for participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after a qualifying period.
