Job summary

Fishbeck seeks a highly skilled Project Manager for Water and Wastewater Services in Indiana, with a strong technical background in treatment processes and design of water/wastewater systems. You will lead project execution, engage clients, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating cross-disciplinary teams.

The role offers growth toward Regional Manager as the Indiana practice expands. A PE license is preferred, with opportunities for hybrid work and collaboration across Fishbeck

Qualifications

• Indiana PE license preferred or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• 10+ years of water/wastewater treatment design, project management, and business development.
• Experience leading marketing efforts and proposal writing.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC protocols, state/local codes and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and project execution efforts for Water and Wastewater projects in Indiana.
• Initiate meetings with potential clients and support proposal efforts.
• Manage and execute projects in Indiana and other market locations.
• Prepare and oversee technical reports, specifications, and cost estimates; collaborate across Fishbeck offices.
• Support growth and expansion of Water and Wastewater services in Indiana.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary departments for project execution.
• Promote cross-marketing of services offered by other departments.
• Mentor and support junior staff as needed.
• Demonstrate leadership and grow into a future Regional Manager role.
