Job summary

HRG in Cranberry Township, PA seeks a Senior Project Manager for Water & Wastewater to lead environmental projects, manage designs and reports, contracts, and client relations. The ideal candidate holds a BS in Civil Engineering with environmental emphasis, a PA P.E.

license, and 10+ years of water/wastewater work experience. Required are 5–10 years of project management, proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydraulic modeling, PA DEP regulations, and travel flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with environmental emphasis
• PA P.E. licensure required
• 10+ years' project experience in water distribution, wastewater collection, hydraulics, and environmental assessments
• Minimum 5–10 years project management experience with timely deliverables and high client satisfaction
• Experience with computer modeling of water systems and hydraulic design software
• Full knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office Suite, and various engineering applications
• Willingness to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices; valid U.S. Driver’s License and legal work authorization required
• Familiarity with PA DEP regulations and related compliance

Responsibilities

• Managing environmental water/wastewater projects
• Preparing project designs and reports
• Preparing and administering construction contracts
• Managing financial resources and project profitability
• Completing project permitting requirements
• Client relationship management and development activities
• Communicating with other HRG staff as needed to ensure projects are completed timely and on budget
• Providing project review, QA/QC and compliance to client specific requirements

• Assisting with staff training
• Providing recommendations to supervisor regarding staffing requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with environmental emphasis
• Pennsylvania P.E. licensure
• 10+ years' project experience involving:
  • Design of water distribution and treatment systems
  • Wastewater collection, conveyance, and treatment systems and processes
  • Hydraulics
  • On‑lot systems

• Minimum 5‑10 years project management experience:
  • Ability to provide timely project deliverables
