Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in civil or environmental engineering, PE licensure, and proven project management experience in NE projects, with Revit proficiency and a self-motivated approach to growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Engineer licensure required; multi-state licensure beneficial.
• Strong project management experience with leadership and mentoring.
• Experience in water and wastewater design with regulatory/funding knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with NE and NY water/wastewater regulations and permitting.
• Revit experience on multidisciplinary water/wastewater projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution from concept to completion.
• Ensure compliance with technical, regulatory, and funding requirements.
• Act as primary client contact and guide funding, permitting, and execution.
• Supervise multidisciplinary teams and provide leadership and oversight.
• Prepare and oversee construction documents, permit applications, drawings, specifications, and cost opinions.
• Attend meetings with clients, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities and support proposals.
