Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Experience in water and wastewater consulting with increasing responsibility.
• Professional Engineer licensure (PE).
• Proven project management experience.
• Strong technical and leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution from concept through construction.
• Ensure adherence to technical, regulatory, and funding requirements.
• Act as the primary client point of contact.
• Guide clients through funding options, permitting, and project execution.
• Supervise multidisciplinary teams with mentorship and oversight.
• Prepare and oversee construction documents, including permit applications and cost estimates.
• Attend meetings with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and schedules.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities.
• Contribute to proposals, interviews, and business development efforts.
