Job summary

Ardurra is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join our growing team in Albuquerque, NM. In this role, you will manage and work on a variety of water/wastewater projects including but not limited to Water and Wastewater treatment plants.

You will perform detailed design engineering and lead projects, while coordinating with clients, subconsultants, and construction staff to ensure successful delivery within budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in water/wastewater.
• State of New Mexico PE license required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interface with clients, contractors and regulatory agencies.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently or with minimal instruction.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets and schedules for multiple engineering projects.
• Serve as Engineer of Record and technical lead for projects.
• Communicate with clients, subconsultants, contractors, and professionals.
• Develop scopes of work, budgets, and schedules; negotiate changes.
• Assist Senior Project Managers in allocating staff.
• Oversee and coordinate project team activities.
• Prepare and review technical specifications and cost estimates.
• Provide field direction and observations.
• Assist with project pursuits and proposals.
