Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a Project Manager for Water/Wastewater operations across multiple locations, including Walnut Creek, CA. You will lead the delivery of multi-million-dollar water projects, coordinate EPC/Service activities, staffing, scheduling and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
10+ years program/project management experience required.
Experience in water and wastewater treatment projects.
Strong knowledge of engineering design principles and standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage small to mid-size EPC/Service projects, controlling risk, cost, schedule and quality.
Ensure staffing and staffing planning for projects.
Lead multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and startup activities.
Drive business development activities including client engagement, proposals, budgeting and contracting.
Oversee project performance, invoicing and payments, and conduct project performance reviews.
