Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
• Completion of pre-employment onboarding requirements (background check, drug screen, motor vehicle records) as applicable.
• Active engineering registration or licensure to support engineer of record requirements as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi‑discipline team of engineers and technicians on municipal projects.
• Mentor engineering staff and oversee performance.
• Manage budgets, scheduling, and client communications.
• Coordinate multiple discipline activities and serve as the project lead.
• Provide input to technical leadership for water and wastewater treatment projects.
