Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Water/Wastewater Engineer/Project Manager for our Richmond, VA office to lead water and wastewater projects and drive client relationships. You will manage scope, schedule, and budgets while applying engineering best practices and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of water/wastewater engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license; Virginia licensure within 6 months.
• BS in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with municipal water/wastewater projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct water and wastewater projects as client-facing PM.
• Manage planning, design, and construction administration per contracts and standards.
• Communicate with clients to set goals and coordinate resources.
• Provide technical leadership as design leader or QA/QC reviewer.
• Mentor junior staff and support marketing/proposals.
