Job summary

STV's Water Practice Group is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead design and project execution across water and wastewater facilities, pumping and conveyance systems. You’ll oversee technical work, manage budgets, schedules, and client communications, and mentor staff within a growing practice.

Open locations include New York City, White Plains, Lawrenceville (NJ), and Philadelphia, PA, with the office collaborating closely with senior water staff to deliver high‑impact projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in environmental/civil/mechanical engineering or related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Professional Engineer license in NY/NJ/PA preferred with relevant experience.
• Experience with water/wastewater facility planning, design and construction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver large/multiple projects on time and within budget.
• Provide project management, design oversight, and QA/QC.
• Lead client development and proposal preparation.
• Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and staffing.
