Job summary

STV is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager to drive design and project execution across W/WW facilities in the NY/NJ/PA region. Responsibilities include engineering design oversight, client development, and proposal preparation for water-related infrastructure, working under the Water Practice Group leadership.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and interface with municipal and investor-owned clients to deliver high-quality projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Master's degree a plus.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in NY/NJ/PA with 8+ years experience.
Experience in planning, design and construction of W/WW facilities and/or infrastructure.
Experience with CAD and 3-D modeling.

Responsibilities

Deliver large and/or multiple projects on time and within budget.
Provide project management, design oversight, and quality control.
Interface with clients and internal departments; lead design staff.
Prepare proposals and develop new work opportunities.
Monitor budgets, schedules, and staffing; manage project risks.
Develop and report project metrics and communication plans.
Supervise staff and coordinate with health and safety plans.
