Job summary

CIMA+ invites experienced engineers to lead municipal water and wastewater design projects from concept through construction. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, and maintain strong client relationships with municipal agencies. A P.Eng. registration in Ontario or eligibility is required, with 10+ years in consulting engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or related Engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in consulting engineering, including project management of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Registered as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario or eligible for registration.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project management and delivery of preliminary and detailed design projects for municipal water and wastewater facilities.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, health and safety, and risk throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior staff.
• Build relationships with municipal clients and project partners while supporting business development.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee project financial performance including forecasting, budgeting, invoicing.
• Contribute to proposals and growth initiatives.
