Job summary

CIMA+ is seeking a Project Manager, Municipal Infrastructure, to lead water and wastewater conveyance projects across the GTA and Southwestern Ontario. You’ll manage project tasks, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to design and implementation, while supporting client relationships and team growth.

The role offers a hybrid work model with two days per week in Mississauga, Toronto, or Bowmanville offices, enabling flexible hours and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized institution.
• P.E. Eng. licensed with PEO or eligible for transfer.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience with municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Design and/or construction services experience for municipal underground infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with trenchless technologies/rehabilitation is an asset.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a team-based environment.
• Proficiency with engineering design software and virtual collaboration tools.
• Integrity, team spirit, and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage municipal water and wastewater conveyance projects through planning, design, and construction phases.
• Prepare and review engineering studies, Environmental Assessment support, technical reports, plans, calculations, and contract documents.
• Develop cost estimates, technical specifications, and tender packages.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers, and coordinate cross-disciplinary teams.
• Communicate with clients, regulatory agencies, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Assist in proposal development and project approach.
• Support project planning and resource coordination for schedule, budget, and quality.
