Job summary

GHD in Florida is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive the development and expansion of our Water Business across the region. You'll lead project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as the primary client contact.

Beyond delivery, you'll engage in business development, marketing strategies, and client engagement, with opportunities to shape win strategies and pricing for new work. The role also offers mentoring to team members and collaboration with Southeast Region leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• PE license in Florida preferred.
• 10+ years in planning, design and construction of water/wastewater infra and/or treatment facilities; 5+ years in Florida a plus.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to mentor and lead technical staff.
• Business development, proposal preparation, and marketing skills.
• Flexible and able to meet challenging deadlines.
• Strong client focus and collaboration across teams.
