Job summary

Mead & Hunt, Inc. is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Engineer to join our Tampa team. The candidate will serve as the lead civil/environmental engineer on water and wastewater projects and will oversee design while performing technical design tasks.

The role includes drafting proposals with scope and pricing, reviewing client billings, mentoring staff, and will require travel up to 25%. A Florida PE license is required with ability to obtain in other states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering from ABET-accredited college or university.
• At least four years of relevant experience.
• Florida PE license with ability to obtain in additional states.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead civil/environmental engineer on water and wastewater projects.
• Oversee design and perform technical design tasks.
• Assist with drafting proposals with scope and pricing.
• Assist with reviewing client billings.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to staff.
• Travel up to 25%.
