Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify need for RFIs
• Create production plans
• Coordinate startup activities and production planning
• Prepare, review and process submittals and shop drawings
• Maintain as-built drawings
• Collect and assemble O&M material
• Purchase order and subcontract scope analysis
• Material purchasing, expediting, and tracking
• Value engineering design and proposals
• Contract document distribution to jobsite, vendors, subcontractors
• Coordinate subcontractors
• Visit project sites to monitor progress
• Develop and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
• Collecting and enforcement of safety programs and other safety documentation
