Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering is required.
• PE license is required.
• 8+ years in progressive process mechanical engineering for water/wastewater.
• Strong interest in treatment/ mechanical system design and operation.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate pumping, treatment, and process options to determine best approaches.
• Communicate complex problems and solutions with clients.
• Plan and design full-scale pumping, treatment systems, and improvements.
• Develop facility layouts and P&IDs.
• Create construction documents including drawings and specs.
• Evaluate equipment, pumping systems, piping, and valves.
• Analyze data and perform computer modeling.
• Prepare technical reports and assist in bidding/permits.
• Support construction services and field inspections.
