Job summary

McAdams in Texas is seeking a Water/Wastewater Practice Lead to guide the strategic direction of the practice across metro locations, leading the production team, managing resources, and ensuring profitable, on-time project execution.

You will develop proposals and contracts, expand client relationships, and represent McAdams at industry events, contributing to growth of the Water Resources division and mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• PE license is required.
• 10+ years of related water/wastewater and civil engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic direction of the Water/Wastewater Practice across metro locations.
• Lead production team, manage resources, and ensure project execution quality.
• Develop proposals and contracts to support profitability and scope alignment.
• Cultivate client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Develop short- and long-term market plans for the Water/Wastewater practice.
• Represent McAdams at industry events and contribute thought leadership.
