Qualifications

• PE required to lead and oversee water/wastewater projects.
• 10+ years of related experience in civil engineering, water/wastewater
• Ability to develop proposals, contracts, and profitable project plans.
• Strong leadership and client-relations skills for growth and cross-selling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Water/Wastewater Practice across metro locations, directing production and resources.
• Develop proposals/contracts ensuring scope adequacy, profitability, and viable schedules.
• Cultivate client relationships, identify opportunities, and cross-sell firm services.
• Drive short- and long-term strategic plans for the market sector and regional growth.
• Represent McAdams at industry events and contribute thought leadership.
