McAdams is a leading multidisciplinary firm delivering land planning, landscape architecture, civil engineering, transportation, and geomatics. We are seeking a Water/Wastewater Practice Lead to guide the strategic direction of our Water/Wastewater practice across markets, leading production, managing resources, and ensuring successful project delivery.

You will develop proposals, contracts, and profitable scopes; build client relationships; and drive short- and long-term growth for the Water

Qualifications

PE license is required.
10+ years of related experience.
Ability to lead Water/Wastewater practice.
Strong understanding of civil engineering as applied to Water/Wastewater.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategic direction of the Water/Wastewater Practice and oversee the production team and resources.
Coordinate resource scheduling to ensure workload and deadlines are met.
Develop proposals or contracts that ensure profitability and viable project schedules.
Identify opportunities and cross-sell McAdams' services to clients.
Develop short- and long-term market sector plans for Water/Wastewater.
Ensure profitable operation of Water/Wastewater Practice Area within Water Resources.
Represent McAdams at industry events and contribute thought leadership.
