Job summary

McAdams is a full-service firm seeking a Water/Wastewater Practice Lead to guide the strategic direction of the practice across all metro locations, including leading the production team, managing resources, and ensuring seamless project execution.

You will develop proposals and contracts that support profitability and clear scope alignment while driving short- and long-term strategic planning for the market sector.

Qualifications

• PE license is required.
• 10+ years of related experience and/or training.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and ability to manage a project through design.
• Technical expertise in civil engineering as it applies to Water/Wastewater projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction of the Water/Wastewater Practice across metro locations.
• Coordinate and oversee resource scheduling and project execution to meet deadlines.
• Develop proposals or contracts ensuring scope accuracy, profitability, and viable schedules.
• Identify and promote new opportunities and cross-sell other services offered by the firm.
• Develop short- and long-term strategic market sector plans for the Water/Wastewater Practice area.
• Represent McAdams at industry events and contribute thought leadership.
