Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a Project Manager to lead the construction of water and wastewater treatment plants and related municipal infrastructure in the Tampa Bay area. This role oversees budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and approvals, coordinating with owners, engineers, inspectors, and field teams to deliver safe, on-time projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management in heavy civil construction, a Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering, and proficiency with construction

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in construction.
• Experience managing water/wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, lift stations, or other heavy civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and cost controls.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of water and wastewater construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, and contract administration.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, inspectors, and field operations teams.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Monitor project performance to ensure safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved.
• Provide leadership and support to Superintendents, Project Engineers, and project staff.
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for future work.
