Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on overseeing a broad portfolio of projects, coordinating subconsultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful outcomes.

The candidate will lead planning, budgeting, and execution across multiple projects, with a strong emphasis on communication, risk management, and client interaction within a dynamic, employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (AEC Industry) with 3+ years of experience, or 7+ years equivalent experience.
• Participation in continuing education and professional development.
• Experience in project management with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to motivate project teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the project, including technical staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Develop and communicate the Project Management Plan with objectives, scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures; ensure projects stay within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain client communications; drive project success.
