Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience managing water/wastewater projects.
• PE license in Oregon or eligible within 6 months.
• Ability to travel to project sites and Kennedy Jenks offices.
• Experience with site civil design, technical writing, and AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and construction support for water/wastewater projects.
• Oversee engineering deliverables, plans, specs, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams to maintain alignment.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and overall delivery.
• Engage clients through meetings and presentations to strengthen relationships.
• Support business development, proposals, scopes, and budgets.
