Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead wastewater infrastructure projects in the Southwest. This role offers strong growth, direct access to leadership, and a comprehensive benefits package as part of a stable contractor environment. Relocation to southern New Mexico is accommodated as needed to deliver local projects.

You will manage all aspects of self-performed water infrastructure construction, coordinating with field teams and clients to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing self-performed water infrastructure construction.
• Strong communication and planning skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software.
• Willingness to temporarily relocate or live near southern New Mexico.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of wastewater construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Coordinate directly with field teams, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Monitor project schedules, cost control, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.
