Job summary

STV Incorporated in Austin, TX seeks a Water/Wastewater Pipeline Engineer/Project Manager to lead design and project delivery for W/WW projects. You will oversee design staff, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with clients to ensure quality outcomes.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, PE licensure in Texas preferred, and 5–12 years’ experience in water and sewer pipelines. PMP certification is a plus and mentorship of junior staff is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Texas PE license preferred.
• 5–12 years of progressive experience in water/wastewater pipelines.
• Experience with project management, budgeting, and client coordination.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver water and wastewater pipeline projects on time and within budget.
• Lead design staff and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee QA/QC plans and project procedures.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and client meetings.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure safety and quality.
