Eurofins US Network in Kittanning, PA is hiring for a full-time wastewater technician to operate and maintain contracted treatment plants. You will monitor effluent quality, manage samples, and ensure compliance with drinking water and sewage requirements. A valid driver’s license and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• Water/wastewater operator certification or ability to obtain it within 3 years (full-time).
• Current valid motor vehicle operator’s license is required.

Responsabilités

• Visit contracted treatment plants as required.
• Operate and maintain the treatment plant and monitor effluent quality.
• Maintain knowledge of sample handling, storage, and chain of custody paperwork.
• Stay current on drinking water requirements and sample preservation.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and DEP communication as needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and plant owners.
