Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in water/wastewater operations.
• Valid Driver's License; CDL preferred; ability to obtain wastewater license is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and machinery including pumps, valves, and motors.
• Perform routine testing and monitoring of water/wastewater systems.
• Document treatment processes and track flow and chemical usage.
• Respond to callouts and after-hours emergencies.
• Maintain facility security and grounds as needed.
• Train staff on plant operations and SOPs.
• Communicate with clients about routine operations.
• Coordinate maintenance activities within the facility.
• Willing to work various shifts, including weekends.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
