Job summary

H2O Innovation Inc. is seeking an Entry-Level Water & Wastewater Treatment Operator in Training for Johnson, VT.

You will participate in routine testing, data entry, sampling, and basic maintenance, with on-call emergencies and weekend coverage. Qualifications

• Obtain and maintain water/wastewater certifications as part of career development.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid state driver’s license and responsible driving history.
• Background screening and motor vehicle record checks during hiring.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine water and wastewater tests, and collect regulatory samples.
• Enter test results into logbook and data management system with accuracy.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and report needed repairs.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment under direction.
• Track lab supplies and inform managers when replenishment is needed.
• Assist teammates and train staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and groundskeeping; follow safety guidelines.
• Respond to on-call emergencies within 30 minutes.
• Report issues promptly to the assigned manager.
• Perform additional duties to support operations.
