H2O Innovation Inc. is seeking an entry-level Water & Wastewater Treatment Operator in Training in Florida, NY. You will perform routine tests, log results, and assist with maintenance under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• On-call/emergency availability may be required.
• Willingness to obtain water/wastewater certifications as part of career development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine water and wastewater tests and collect samples.
• Enter test results into logbooks and data systems with accuracy.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues under guidance and report repairs.
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and organize work areas.
• Respond to on-call emergencies within the required timeframe.
• Assist teammates and train staff as needed to ensure efficient operations.
