Job summary

Responsibilities

Operates and maintains water/wastewater treatment and distribution equipment.
Conducts routine laboratory testing and sample collection.
Performs maintenance and repair of equipment, vehicles, and facilities.
Installs, services, and reads water meters; assists with connections.
Maintains hydrants, valves, pump stations, and storage facilities; completes Miss Dig tasks.
Performs general facility upkeep including landscaping, cleaning, and snow removal.
May participate in emergency response and after-hours call-ins.
