Job summary

Inframark LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to supervise maintenance staff and oversee daily activities at water and wastewater facilities. The role includes planning, scheduling, and delivering preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs to ensure reliable facility operation.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, CMMS familiarity, and experience with pumps, motors, and control systems, along with supervisory experience in industrial or utility settings.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Strong general computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of pumps, motors, equipment and electrical systems in water/wastewater facilities.
• Knowledge of instrumentation and control systems.
• Knowledge of water and wastewater operations is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities; supervisory capability.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates efficient and effective mechanical operation of the project.
• Supervises and directs maintenance staff.
• Ensures adherence to maintenance schedules and procedures.
