Job summary

Waggoner Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the facility's preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs at Monroe, LA. The role owns the CMMS, asset register, and spare parts strategy, ensuring 99.9% uptime for wellfield and RO systems.

You will supervise maintenance and E&I staff, direct reliability-centered maintenance, and coordinate with field operations and Meta before conditions change. A strong safety background is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical or trade training preferred.
• Minimum five years of industrial or utility maintenance experience, including RO and pumping equipment; at least two years in lead or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance, rotating equipment, pumps, motors, valves, and chemical feed systems.
• Proficient in CMMS administration, maintenance planning, scheduling, reliability, and predictive maintenance methods.

Responsibilities

• Owns CMMS and asset register; plans preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across mechanical, pumping, chemical, and RO systems.
• Builds and manages critical-spares and warranty programs; sets spare levels based on consumption.
• Directs mechanical and electrical maintenance; diagnoses problems and returns assets to service.
• Leads reliability-centered maintenance and implements predictive routes with vibration, motor current, and flow signatures.
• Supervises maintenance staff; assigns work and enforces corrective actions.
• Coordinates planned maintenance with Lead Operator and Meta; manages work order documentation and procurement support.
• Ensures safety requirements including lockout/tagout and confined space procedures; participates in on-call rotation.
