You’ll oversee field teams, coordinate with clients, contractors, and designers, and shape the growth of our local infrastructure practice within a national, employee-owned firm.

This role requires on-site presence with relocation support if needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in construction management or engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in California or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction execution and coordinate project stakeholders.
• Review RFIs and submittals for compliance with specifications.
• Drive schedule, budget, and contract performance in collaboration with the owner.
• Mentor field teams and supervise Resident Engineers and Inspectors.
• Support business development activities, including proposals and interviews.
