Job summary

Kennedy Jenks is seeking a Collaborative Delivery Project Manager to join our California team. You will lead complex, multidisciplinary projects across water, environmental, and industrial practices, translating client goals into delivery strategies and guiding teams from start to finish.

This hybrid, in-office two days per week model supports collaboration and your professional growth as you manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and client relationships to deliver sustainable infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Master's degree in a related technical field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience delivering technically complex projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in California preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex, multidisciplinary infrastructure, environmental, industrial, or treatment system projects.
• Translate client goals into delivery strategies and align teams to execute.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk across lifecycles of projects.
• Mentor staff and contribute to improving delivery practices.
