Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of experience in construction management or engineering.
• PE license in California or CCM certification required.
• Experience delivering water, wastewater, conveyance pipeline, pump station, or utility infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction execution and coordinate project stakeholders on pipeline and utility projects.
• Mentor field teams and supervise Resident Engineers and Inspectors.
• Review RFIs and submittals; manage schedule, budgets, and change orders.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, permits, SWPPP, and documentation standards.
• Support business development and client relations for KJ’s CM practice.
