Job summary

Storm Search LLC is currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee large water/wastewater and heavy civil construction projects in Indiana, including municipal utilities. The role requires leading teams, managing budgets and schedules, and coordinating subcontractors from planning through completion.

We expect 5–10+ years of PM experience, strong leadership and safety focus, and willingness to travel across Indiana.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5–10+ years of construction or construction project management experience.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and field personnel.
• Knowledge of water/wastewater, municipal infrastructure, or heavy civil construction.
• Ability to manage construction teams and coordinate multiple project activities.
• Willingness to travel to project locations throughout Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Manage large construction projects or multiple smaller projects simultaneously.
• Oversee water/wastewater treatment plant, municipal utility, and industrial construction projects.
• Manage projects from initial planning through construction and completion.
• Lead Project Engineers, Superintendents, Foremen, and other project personnel.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, staffing, and resources.
• Monitor construction progress to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, government agencies, and stakeholders.
• Work with field teams on underground utilities, piping, concrete, and excavation.
• Review construction plans, specifications, and project documentation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and project owners.
• Lead project meetings and communicate progress to leadership.
• Identify and resolve construction challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
• Mentor Project Engineers and support development of other professionals.
