Job summary

Jobot in Utah is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to lead complex water and wastewater projects, mentor field teams, and shape a collaborative field culture while maintaining work–life balance.

This self-performing contractor offers a competitive base salary of $150,000–$175,000 per year, excellent benefits, generous employee ownership, a company vehicle, relocation assistance, and paid vacation and holidays.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in water/wastewater projects.
• Strong knowledge of excavation, concrete, and piping/mechanical.
• Proven leadership managing multiple superintendents and field personnel.
• Experience leading $50M+ W/WW projects.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and team success.

Responsibilities

• Direct all field operations on major water/wastewater projects.
• Mentor field leadership, including Superintendents and Foremen.
• Partner with Project Managers and Estimators to improve constructability and efficiency.
• Drive safety, quality, and schedule performance at every phase.
• Communicate with clients, inspectors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
