Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to lead complex water and wastewater projects and mentor field teams. This role offers a competitive base salary, employee ownership, and a broad benefits package in a growth-focused company.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in a self-perform environment, with deep knowledge of water infrastructure, excavation, concrete, and piping. Expect leadership of multiple crews on critical regional projects with a strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a self-perform environment on water/wastewater projects.
• Knowledge of excavation, backfill, concrete, and piping/mechanical.
• Proven leadership with hands-on oversight of multiple superintendents, projects and field staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct all field operations on major water/wastewater treatment and pump station projects.
• Oversee and mentor field leadership, including Superintendents and Foremen.
• Partner with Project Managers and Estimators to improve constructability and efficiency.
• Drive safety, quality, and schedule performance at every phase.
• Communicate with clients, inspectors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
