Job summary

WaterFleet, LLC seeks reliable Water/Wastewater System Technicians to join our Operations team. Roles include Field Service Technician, Lead Technician, or System Operator, with field assignments across New Mexico and surrounding areas.

Work involves remote locations, exposure to extreme weather, and on-call maintenance. You will handle installation, maintenance, and repair of purification equipment and coordinate with a small crew.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to troubleshoot field equipment and systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills in field settings.
• Ability to work safely and follow procedures in harsh environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver water purification trailers to remote sites.
• Repair and maintain wastewater equipment and handle contact with raw sewage.
• Rig equipment up/down as sites relocate.
• Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on equipment.
• Plumbing from source to delivery and ensure proper connections.
• Communicate clearly with coworkers and customers.
• Monitor performance of water and wastewater units.
• Coordinate maintenance with team members and remote technicians.
