Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety and maintain a safe workplace per policy.
• Ensure quality standards are met or exceeded.
• Short-term scheduling including manpower and equipment resources.
• Coordinate permit and regulatory inspections.
• Maintain field documents and daily reports.
• Take progress photographs.
• Handle materials, inventory, storage, and spare parts.
• Coordinate subcontractors.
• Assist in jobsite hiring as needed.
• Produce As-Built drawings and participate in post-construction review.
