Qualifications

• Experience with estimating best practices and software applications.
• Understanding of water/wastewater design and construction methodologies.
• Competency in quantity takeoff development and estimate planning.
• Knowledge of geographical and contingency factors affecting estimates.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity takeoff procedures in line with estimating best practices.
• Use estimating software to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Support estimate planning and process for various project circumstances.
• Incorporate geographical and contingency factors into estimates.
• Understand delivery resource and productivity factors in the job estimate.
• Stay updated with water/wastewater design and construction knowledge.
• Help manage estimating databases to ensure data accuracy.
• Adapt to additional assignments as needed.
