Job summary

Aqua Engineers, Inc. in Honolulu, HI seeks an experienced Engineering Services Manager to lead the water and wastewater infrastructure team, overseeing program and project management of treatment and conveyance facilities, and planning CIP from concept through construction.

The role requires strong budget and P&L management, deep technical knowledge of water/wastewater systems, and a commitment to mentoring staff in an ESOP-driven, ownership-minded culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, construction, or related field.
• Formal training in business and project management.
• Thorough knowledge of water/wastewater regulations and operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the Engineering Services Team.
• Develop and implement the Company’s Strategic plan.
• Develops and implements the Engineering Services annual operations plan.
• Provides management and supervision to Engineering Services staff.
• Provides leadership and direction to assigned employees.
• Develops and maintains contracts with operations clients, engineering consultants, construction contractors, government agencies and regulators.
• Prepares planning reports and studies, designs, plans, specifications, estimates and reports for projects.
