AECOM’s Water Business Line seeks a Water and Wastewater Engineering Lead to manage client-facing projects in the Greater Pittsburgh Area. You will lead multi-discipline design, support cost pricing, and mentor staff while driving proposals and business development.

The role emphasizes delivering complex water projects from planning to construction, coordinating with municipal clients, and ensuring high-quality results. Travel within PA and relocation assistance are possible.

Competenze

BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering with 6+ years of related experience in water and/or wastewater treatment, pumping and collection systems.
Registered Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within 1 year.
Relocation and travel may be required within PA and nearby states.
Strong leadership for scope, technical approach and pricing efforts.

Mansioni

Lead multi-discipline and complex water and wastewater design projects through planning, permitting and construction.
Manage a portfolio of clients and projects to approved scope, budget and schedule.
Perform technical reviews and ensure QA/QC per AECOM standards.
Develop and mentor mid-level and junior staff for career growth.
Lead business development activities and participate in proposals with pricing.
