Job summary
A water resource management company is seeking an intern for its Cincinnati office. This role offers the chance to work on various water-related projects, including treatment facilities and distribution systems. Interns will receive mentorship from experienced engineers and gain practical experience. The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in an ABET-accredited program and possesses strong communication and organizational skills. There will also be potential opportunities for full-time employment upon graduation.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in an ABET-accredited Bachelor’s/Master’s degree program.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in group settings.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
Work directly with experienced engineering team providing mentoring opportunities to learn and develop.
Sit on a project team from initial studies and conceptual design through construction.
Assist in preparing engineering deliverables, including sampling studies and design reports.
Manage data for process modeling and design.
Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors to select equipment.
Participate in fieldwork and local site visits.
