Job summary

Ardurra, based in Utah, is seeking an experienced engineering leader to oversee the Salt Lake City team and deliver innovative, sustainable projects.

As the mentor and technical lead, you will manage budgets, schedules and quality, grow client relationships, recruit staff, and ensure project profitability.

A Professional Engineer license and 10+ years of related experience are required.

• At least 10 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate operations of the Salt Lake City team (5–10 people).
• Coordinate tasks, motivate team, communicate, and resolve conflicts.
• Monitor budget, schedule, and quality of projects.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor all levels of the team.
• Recruitment of new staff and supervision of PM staff.
• Deliver client service and manage client relations.
• Oversee risk management and proactive change management.
• Develop innovative solutions to add value to clients and differentiate Ardurra.
