Ardurra is seeking a Water/Wastewater Director to lead the Tampa Bay area's water infrastructure and treatment projects. You will manage a team of engineers and technicians, drive project delivery, and nurture client relationships while guiding proposals and capture efforts.

The role emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 15 years of related experience, with strong leadership and budget management

Responsibilities
