Centro Escolar University is seeking a motivated engineering student to support water and wastewater projects in a hands-on role. You will assist in design analysis, prepare technical drawings and reports, and conduct hydraulic modeling and calculations under supervision.

The role offers exposure to field investigations, vendor quote gathering, and permitting support in a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Formación

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Experience or familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, GIS and hydraulic modeling software preferred.
• Solid understanding of engineering principles and common software tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong teamwork and organization.
• Ability to work independently with supervision as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in design and analysis of water/wastewater treatment facilities, distribution systems, and collection networks.
• Prepare drawings, reports, memos, and specifications.
• Conduct hydraulic modeling and engineering calculations; perform quantity take-offs.
• Participate in field investigations and data collection; process field data.
• Contact vendors for quotes and assist in developing construction estimates.
• Support permitting, regulatory documentation, and project scheduling.
• Review drawings for accuracy and adherence to standards.
