Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. is seeking a Water/Wastewater engineer to advance within a growing practice. You will lead designs, manage schedules, and coordinate a team across sewer, water distribution, and treatment projects in the Mid-Atlantic.

The role offers solid compensation ($45-55/hour) commensurate with experience, with full ESOP ownership and extensive benefits. Collaboration and on-time delivery are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
• 5-10 years of experience in water/wastewater design and related projects.
• Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, ArcGIS, and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project requirements and information from studies to develop accurate submittal reports.
• Design projects per client specifications using CAD tools and engage in cost estimation.
• Coordinate with other disciplines, attend client meetings, and provide design oversight.
